India is a strategic growth market for the Group, with ambitious development targets in utility‑scale solar and BESS, C&I projects, and selective M&A, supported by a local team and strong interactions with Head Office (Europe).
As part of the strengthening of our Indian platform, we are opening a V.I.E position combining Business Analysis and Finance / Reporting support, with strong exposureto international management.
Position Overview :
As V.I.E – Business Analyst & Finance Support, you will act as a key support function to the Indian subsidiary, while working in close coordination with Group HQ teams (strategy, finance, international).
Your role will focus on:

Market & business analysis to support growth and development decisions.

Accounting & finance support, with a strong emphasis on setting up tools, reporting, and robust processes, and improving cooperation between India and HQ.
This position is designed as a structuring role, ideal for a young professional looking for international exposure at the crossroads of strategy, finance, and operations.
Main Responsibilities
1. Business & Market Analysis (Core Responsibility)
- Monitor and analyse the Indian renewable energy market:
-Solar PV (utility-scale, C&I), BESS
-tariffs, tenders, regulatory developments,
-competitors, IPPs, EPCs and investors.

Prepare market intelligence notes and synthesis for the India management team and HQ.

Support business development activities:
-opportunity screening (greenfield, tenders, partnerships),
-preparation of internal notes and decision materials.
- Contribute to India roadmap updates and strategic presentations for Group management.
2. Accounting & Finance Support – Tools, Reporting & Processes (Key Focus)

Support the finance & accounting structuring of the Indian subsidiary in coordination with HQ.

Help design, improve and document:
-financial reporting tools (monthly reporting, dashboards),
-budget tracking and cost monitoring,
-project‑level financial follow‑up (basic level).
- Act as a relay between the India team and HQ finance:
-ensure consistency of formats, data and assumptions,
-improve clarity, reliability and timeliness of reporting.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of right processes:
-workflows,
-reporting calendars,
-responsibilities and interfaces between India and HQ.
- Support ad‑hoc financial analyses requested by management (scenario analysis, basic cash flow views, etc.).
3. Cross‑functional & Coordination Role
- Coordinate inputs between:
-local India teams (development, operations),
-Group HQ teams (finance, strategy, international).

Contribute to improving internal communication and cooperation, especially on finance‑ and data‑driven topics.

Participate in internal reviews and meetings (local and international).
Profile & Skills
Education
-
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Energy or equivalent.
-
Strong interest in renewable energy, infrastructure or emerging markets.
Skills & Experience
-
First experience (internship/graduate level) in business analysis, consulting, finance, audit, project finance or strategy is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.

Very good command of Excel (reporting, analysis); PowerPoint required.

Interest in process design, tools and interface roles between teams.
Languages

Fluent English (working language).

Fluent French.

Knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage, not mandatory.
