Profile :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in loan industry- preferably HL & LAP.
- Should have sound team handling experience.
- Loan product knowledge.
- Loan process related knowledge.
- Knowledge of local market preference, but not mandatory.
Role :
- Need to run independent branch as a profit centre.
- Tie-up with lender's and making relation with the same.
- Implementation of loan process flow.
- Business sourcing – builders, corporate, real estate agents, brokers etc.
- Coordination with HO.
