Miko is a global consumer robotics company seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its embedded firmware development team. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with people management responsibilities, focusing on driving day-to-day operations, team development, and project execution in a fast-paced embedded systems environment. The team is responsible for developing conversational, self-initiated learning experiences for children through Miko 3 and Miko Mini robots. Key responsibilities include people management (leading, mentoring, and developing a team), technical leadership (providing guidance, architectural oversight, and ensuring adherence to standards), and project management (planning, prioritizing, and tracking deliverables).
Eligibility Criteria
The job description seeks an experienced Engineering Manager with 5+ years of embedded firmware development experience, expertise in C++, Linux, RTOS, hardware/software integration, and Git version control.
