Job Summary

Mittal Group is looking for an experienced Liaisoning Executive to handle coordination with government authorities, consultants, and internal teams for obtaining statutory approvals and ensuring smooth execution of real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and follow up on municipal and statutory approvals

Coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal teams

Prepare and submit required documents and drawings

Ensure compliance with local building norms and regulations

Support management in resolving approval-related issues

Maintain proper records and approval documentation

Coordinate with government departments for project-related permissions

Qualification & Experience

Graduated in any discipline

2–6 years of experience in liaisoning/real estate approvals

Experience dealing with Municipal Corporations is mandatory
