Quality Analyst (Bengali)

Requirements

* Fluency in Bengali (mandatory), along with good English/Hindi communication skills to understand requirements and provide updates to clients.

* QA Engineer: Write and execute test cases, identify bugs, and ensure product quality.

* Fresher: Learn and contribute to assigned tasks in development, testing, or support.

* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver quality results.

* Maintain clear documentation of tasks, issues, and progress.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for fresher role).

* Understanding of software testing concepts (manual/automation).

* Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
