Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching and Curriculum Development:

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Civil Engineering subjects.
• Design and revise course curriculum to align with industry trends and academic standards in Civil Engineering.
• Mentor and supervise students in their academic pursuits, including final year projects, internships, and research work.

2. Research and Scholarly Activity:

• Conduct innovative research in Civil Engineering, contributing to advancements in the field.
• Publish research findings in reputed peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.
• Supervise research projects and guide students in their research endeavors.

3. Academic Administration:

• Participate in academic committees and contribute to institutional governance.
• Mentor junior faculty members and support their professional growth.

4. Community Engagement and Outreach:

• Engage in outreach activities to promote Civil Engineering education and research to the broader community.

Requirements

• A Masters degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution, or nearing completion, with a strong emphasis on research potential.
• A demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence, with a minimum of 01 year of teaching experience is preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to fostering academic excellence and student success.
