• Lead and mentor a team of quality analysts, providing guidance on testing best practices and automation strategies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure effective test coverage
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure functionality meets specifications
• Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of test activities throughout the software development lifecycle
• Continuously improve and optimize test processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct root cause analysis of issues and collaborate with development teams to facilitate timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
