Position :- Associate Manager - Legal

Experience :- 3 to 5 Years

Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities:

·             Advising the business teams on applicable legal and regulatory framework for moneyview's existing and new products

·            Advising the business teams of moneyview on regulatory environments relevant to the BFSI sector including on data protection, privacy and information security

·       Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts with business partners (sourcing and collection contracts with financial institutions, tech vendor contracts, marketing contracts, payment support services contracts)

·         Drafting and updating the standard form contracts entered into with customers and policies of moneyview (terms and conditions, privacy policy and general terms of use) 

·             Advising on other general corporate commercial matters for the moneyview group

·          Management of internal stakeholders and negotiating with external stakeholders; liaising effectively with an array of consultants, advisors and external counsel to manage multiple projects

Qualifications:

• Law degree from a recognised, well-ranked university
• Between 3-5 years of relevant PQE
• Experience in legal drafting, research, and negotiation of commercial contracts
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with an ability to work and take considered decisions
• Experience working with at a corporate law firm and / or as in-house counsel in a fintech is preferred
• The candidate should be able to work independently and exercise sound and practical judgment
