SDET ( Selenium /Java)

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with strong expertise in Java and Selenium to drive automation and ensure high product quality.

In this role, you will contribute to building scalable automation solutions, validating system functionality, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver reliable software.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Java

Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable automation scripts

Automate functional, regression, and integration test cases

Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Rest Assured

Validate application data through SQL queries and database checks

Investigate and debug issues across UI, API, and backend layers

Improve test stability by identifying and resolving flaky tests

Work closely with developers to enhance testability and quality

Support the overall test strategy and automation coverage

Required Skills

2–7 years of experience in QA / SDET roles

Strong hands-on experience with Java and Selenium

Experience working with automation frameworks (TestNG, Maven, etc.)

Solid understanding of test design principles and automation practices

Experience in API testing (REST services)

Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation

Strong analytical and debugging skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities
