Logistics And Supply chain Marketplace Operations Executive for International Operations

Role Overview Mosaic is a fast growing cross-border e-commerce company operating across UAE, UK and KSA marketplaces. We are seeking ahighly organized and execution-focused International Operations Executive to support inventory management, marketplaceoperations, fulfilment execution, and stakeholder coordination across multiple geographies.

**Key Responsibilities:** Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Trendyol and D2C channels. Maintain inventory accuracy and drive replenishment planning. Execute daily fulfilment activities and ensure SLA adherence. Support demand planning through sales reporting and analysis. Coordinate with customer support, warehouse and logistics stakeholders. Ensure SOP compliance and identify process improvement opportunities.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management or Supply Chain Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon Seller Portal.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
