As Program Manager – Influencer Growth, you will hold a pivotal position at the heart of our creator engine: Drive the email channel. Architect multi‑step sequences, execute rigorous A/B tests, and deliver precise, personalized messaging at scale—owning open, click, and reply rates end‑to‑end. Build and sustain the acquisition funnel. Proactively identify, evaluate, and secure high‑potential creators—whether through direct outreach or strategic agency partnerships—while maintaining a consistent, qualified pipeline. Translate data into decisive action. Monitor every metric in real time, diagnose performance shifts, and implement data‑driven adjustments that keep revenue velocity high. Your success will directly accelerate our growth trajectory; when you operate at peak performance, the entire business moves faster. Pipeline & OutreachConduct continuous competitive analysis to identify high‑value creator segments and inform a focused acquisition roadmap.Design and optimise multi‑step email sequences in Apollo and allied tools.Consistently achieve weekly acquisition targets across diverse niches and follower tiers.Negotiate rates, briefs, and contracts that balance speed, quality, and profitability.Funnel AnalyticsBuild and manage dashboards tracking open rate, click‑through rate, and meetings booked. Agency PartnershipsIdentify high‑leverage agency partners, outreach to them via LinkedIn, Email or WhatsApp, structure mutually beneficial deals, and maintain a steady stream of influencers.Playbooks & SOPsDocument subject‑line libraries, follow‑up cadences, and demo scripts, ensuring processes can be quickly adopted and scaled.Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with the content teams to relay creator feedback and develop offers that drive conversion.

2–4 years' experience in influencer acquisition, affiliate marketing, or B2B sales within a tier-1 DTC or commerce startup. Preferred candidates who are willing to work in the US Time Shifts. Expert user of Apollo (or similar tools): designs sequence, runs A/B tests, and applies data‑enrichment workflows. Negotiation strength: closes creator contracts that drive revenue while operating frugally. Fluency in funnel metrics: open rate, click‑through, reply, and meeting. Clear writer and rigorous analyst: crafts persuasive emails and validates results with data.
