Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager to manage the performance of Last Mile delivery partners (LSPs) across rapid delivery hubs and ensure SLA adherence and smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities include tracking daily delivery KPIs, SLA, success rate, RTO, FAD, NDR, and TAT. Drive performance improvement with LSP partners. Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews and share reports. Reduce delivery failures and customer escalations. Coordinate with LSPs and CX teams for smooth dispatch and delivery of escalations. Validate partner billing and control cost per order. Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

The candidate should be detail oriented and ownership driven with experience in e commerce/quick commerce/logistics operations. Experience handling last mile or delivery partners is preferred. Strong coordination and problem solving ability are required. Comfort with fast-paced operations is essential.
