Senior Script Writer Performance AND Brand

We're looking for a Senior Writer who understands how writing today goes beyond words. It's about formats, platform led storytelling and execution.

What you ll do Write scripts for performance marketing and brand ads across Meta, YouTube AND digital platforms. Proactively suggest IG-native formats & trends that are working on-platform Collaborate closely with category, brand & NPD teams on business objectives and narratives. Own scripts from concept to production to post production Lead shoots creatively: pre production planning, on ground direction and post production Coordinate with editors to ensure scripts are visually represented accurately Track performance of creatives and suggest optimisation / mitigation wherever needed Maintain QC and brand hygiene across all assets Use AI as an enabler to improve speed, efficiency and experimentation and not a replacement for creative thinking

3 to 5 years of experience in creative writingStrong understanding of PM frameworks, hooks, retention and creative storytellingHigh ownership towards brand objectivesAbility to analyse and course correct
