Transport Executive

About the Role

The role involves managing transport operations, including trip planning, driver and fleet coordination, routing optimization, city geography understanding, business distribution analysis, and operational reporting to ensure efficient, compliant, and smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage trip allocation and daily route planning to ensure timely and efficient operations
• Oversee driver management, performance tracking, and retention
• Coordinate with fleet partners for vehicle availability and service quality
• Conduct business distribution analysis for optimal resource utilization
• Apply strong city geography and routing knowledge for route optimization
• Prepare and maintain operational and MIS reports for performance tracking and decision-making
