What You'll Do:

• Responsible for creating and updating employee profiles.
• Manage daily schedules and ensure timely coordination.
• Handle routing activities, including regular planning and last-minute adjustments.
• Allocate vendors based on operational needs and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including excel, email, Routing, and Calls, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of transportation services.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning and development.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for skills enhancement and career growth for team members.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employee experience, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, routing, and resolving issues, to meet customer demands and service level agreements.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

What You'll Need:

• Any graduate with min 1 – 3 years of relevant experience
• Should have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Prior experience in Employee Transport management (Routing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
• Should be comfortable for 6 days Work From Office
• Should be comfortable for Rotational Shift
• Languages: English, Hindi, & Local regional languages
