Sales Coordinator – Transformers

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with customers for inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing.
• Maintain CRM records and update sales pipeline data.
• Track quotations, orders, payments, and dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and customer correspondence.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Back Office Sales.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM software, and email communication.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is preferred.
