Transformer Design Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design Distribution & Power Transformers (up to 10 MVA, 33 kV Class).
• Prepare design calculations, GA drawings, BOMs, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, and QA teams.
• Support tendering, testing, inspections, and manufacturing activities.
• Optimize designs for performance, efficiency, and cost.

Requirements

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–10+ years of experience in Transformer Design.
• Knowledge of IS 1180, IEC standards, AutoCAD, and transformer design calculations.
• Experience in Distribution and Power Transformer design is mandatory.
