Bodyshop trainer

Join MSX International, a leading partner in the automotive industry for over 25 years. As a Bodyshop Trainer, you will be responsible for on-site delivery and training, process review and action planning with dealerships, and implementation of repair processes. You will also assess skill matrices, identify training needs, and support recruitment and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the automotive industry, in-depth knowledge of bodyshop techniques, and the ability to develop and implement effective training programs.

• On-site delivery and training for Body Repair technicians, Service Advisors, and Service Managers at the dealership.

• Conducting process reviews and action planning with the dealership to improve body repair processes.

• Organizing body repair on-the-job training and certification, and tracking manpower at the dealership.

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Trainer in the automotive industry.

• In-depth knowledge of automotive Bodyshop techniques, tools, and materials.

• Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree.

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in the same field.

• Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto OEM; Body repair process certification and or TTT certification could be an added advantage.

• Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently.

• Skills: Should possess excellent verbal & written communication, Advanced MS Office application skills.

• Should have Interpersonal & Task Management skills along with clear understanding of adherence to AS Business SOPs.
