Engineer - Stellantis Supply Expediting (VOR) Project

Join MSX International, a leading provider of technology-enabled business process outsourcing services to OEMs in the automotive industry. As an Engineer in the Stellantis Supply Expediting (VOR) Project, you will support the dealership network with service parts orders, utilizing Stellantis systems and tools. A background in automotive processes and customer service experience is required. This role requires working the night shift from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.

• Supporting the dealership network on requests related to the expediting of service parts orders.
• Handling requests such as upgrading order status, placing requests on behalf of dealers, and facilitating dealer-to-dealer sales.
• Utilizing Stellantis systems, including case management tools, parts catalogs, and supply chain tools, to assist dealers effectively.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1-3 years automotive technical background with working experience in automotive dealership operations or similar operation is preferred.
• High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required
• Experience with vehicle service parts release processes preferred
• Analytical ability
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Information

This role requires you to work in Night shift from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.
