We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive who is proficient in English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls promptly.

Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives to resolve issues.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.

Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.

Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate departments when necessary.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Adhere to all call center procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in English (Mandatory).

Basic proficiency in Hindi(Preferred).

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.

Problem-solving attitude and patience when handling customer queries.

Basic computer skills (typing, navigating software, etc.).
