Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Executive - Internal Communications and Community Building to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining daily communications, building and engaging our pan-India community of young advocates who support fundraising efforts for our cause. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering relationships, training, and inspiring our advocates to achieve their crowdfunding goals.

1. Oversee and manage daily communications with our community of advocates

2. Develop and execute engagement strategies to enhance community involvement and participation.
   3.  Inspire and motivate advocates to take action, raise funds, and advocate for our cause.

3. Training on campaign management, storytelling, effective communication, and social media engagement.

4. Address and resolve doubts and queries from advocates

5. Community building activities

Benefits
