Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI Designer to join our dynamic team and take the lead in creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our website and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their UI design skills and experience in designing intuitive and engaging digital products. This is a full-time position and the UI Designer will report to the Head of Product.

Responsibilities:* Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs and business objectives* Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and enhancements* Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms* Conduct user research, testing, and gather feedback to improve the user experience* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI design* Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately* Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data insights

Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or relevant field* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI Designer in a tech or software company* Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UI design projects* Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.* Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices* Experience with user research, testing, and data-driven design decisions* Strong communication and collaboration skills* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines* A can-do attitude with a strong passion for design and continuous learning
