You will also support the Head of Product Management in identifying, investigating and assessing growth opportunities for NIPL relating to product development. Job details  Job Title: Lead/Senior Associate/ Associate - Product Design  Years of Experience : 2+  Education : Graduation/ Post Graduation  Full-time  Location :Mumbai  Permanent Role Key responsibilities Product Development  Draft and closure of complex, win-win partner agreements  Manage the day-to-day relationships with internal & external partners  Ensure standardizations of processes, documentation and creating product value proposition.  Product Design and Customization to cater to diverse markets  Product Portfolio Management –identifying areas of improvement, Ownership for driving overall product P&L and optimization of the P&L by controlling costs and improving product margin. Analysis/Insights  Research and Assessment on country specific Retail Payments Industry  Competitor Profiling -assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors.  Develop business cases, taking into strategy, financial & business analysis and synergies  Identify need for, procure and manage outside knowledge on as needed basis  Obtaining necessary Regulatory and Board approvals  Assist in drafting of Operating Rules and Regulations for upcoming Network arrangements in respective geography  Setting up SLA's between internal stakeholders with respect to various aspects of the product.  Interdepartmental liasoning of Risk & Compliance, Central Operations, Channel and Business teams for driving product efficiently Key skills and experience required  A self-starter with an ability to zoom-in to work in the details & manage at a high level simultaneously  Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive  A creative problem solver, with excellent analytical, judgment, negotiation & conflict resolution skills  Proven track record of translating strategic thinking into action plans and results  Strong leadership, communication, decision making and networking skill to build relationship with internal as well as with external stakeholders  Eager to drive results: target oriented with sense of urgency
