GM FPD Operations

The General Manager Crewing (FPD) is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of fleet personnel to ensure that vessels are crewed with competent, qualified, and well-trained seafarers. This role ensures compliance with industry regulations, manages crew welfare, optimizes recruitment and retention strategies, and fosters a positive working environment for seafarers. The position involves close coordination with ship owners, charterers, flag states, and regulatory bodies to uphold the highest crewing standards. KPIs include Crew Recruitment & Retention, Compliance & Regulatory Adherence, Crew Welfare & Performance Management, Cost Efficiency & Budget Management, Training & Development, Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting, and providing leadership to functional heads.

Master Or Chief Engineer's Certificate of Competency. 8-10 years' experience in maritime crewing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
