HSEQ & Vetting Executive

Function

The HSEQ Executive is responsible to coordinate and maintain documents, schedules, and generate reports required by the HSEQ Department. The HSEQ Executive is accountable for:

• Entering SIRE inspection details in Q88
• Maintaining MOC register
• Creating incident reports in the internal system
• Maintaining up to date inventory of office publications
• Updating reports related to audits in the system
• Updating reports related to incidents in the system
• Collating data for management review

KPIs

• Timely entries of SIRE, Incident, MOC data.
• Timely pulling of reports required by the HSEQ Department
• Timely completion of Audits as per audit planner
