Job Qualification

Education Level : Btech in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or related field

Language Skill : Good command of both written and spoken English

Computer Skill : Proficient in MS Office

Other Knowledge and Skills : Logical thinking and good Communication Skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and peform X-ray , microscopic analysis, including operational know-how.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of PCBs using schematic diagrams.
• Creating FT Programs, Drawing, Fixture, Hardware Installation, and Wiring as per schematic diagrams.
• Troubleshooting and calibration of Functional Testing Machines and Fixture Wiring Connections.
• To create process documentation, including WI, procedures, and process flows.
• Basic knowledge of equipment's operation which related to process operation & failure analysis.
• Involvement with CFT in APQP preparation and execution.
• Implementation of KAIZEN and POKA YOKE.
• Process change management.
• Initial process qualification and validation using DOE, SPC, and MSA

Key Skills

• Knowledge of 7 QC tools, CAPA, 8D, and why-why analysis.
• Knowledge of machine process and tooling.
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools.
• Knowledge of FMEA, MSA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plans, and Control Charts
