Job Summary

The Process Engineer is an engineering professional specialized in testing and evaluating the processes to locate inefficiencies and make recommendations for improvements to quality, productivity, safety, and cost.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review, modify and evaluate the existing process design.
• Capacity Enhancement: Plan and achieve the capacity improvement target based on Capex and Management Improvement Plan
• Develop Jigs and fixtures for New Process, productivity Improvement and Process Improvement.
• Identify and visit to suppliers for development of machines, Jig/Fixtures and tools.
• Analyze customer complaint and prepare 8-D or Similar analysis report. Identify and implement corrective & preventive actions based on customer complaints, feedback, and internal inputs.
• Plan, upgrade and Reconditioning of existing machines.
• Prepare, review and maintain process FMEA and process control plan
• Prepare, maintain and review operating procedure for processes.
• Prepare, maintain and review manufacturing cautions.
• Process Capability: Plan, improve and stabilize process capability of existing & new process.
• Customer complaints: Taking corrective and preventive actions (necessary changes in processes) based on analysis and evaluates the result.
• Identify, Plan and execute cost reduction projects/Process Improvement Projects as per budget.
• Taking corrective and preventive action (necessary changes in processes) based on analysis and evaluation of NC product.
• Achieve Departmental Objectives.
• Ensure Quality system Implementation.

Education

• B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Communication

Experience

• 3+ Years of experience.
