MEP Engineer (Cad to BIM)

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems . The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on project execution experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Revit MEP Engineer – Mechanical And Plumbing.

• Create and update Revit MEP 3D models for HVAC, Plumbing, electrical
• Prepare MEP drawings, layouts, sections, and as‑built documentation.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural and structural teams.
• Support design teams with model‑based inputs and ensure compliance with relevant codes/standards.
• Maintain Revit families, templates, and BIM standards.
• Participate in coordination meetings and incorporate design changes.
• Ensure accuracy, quality checks, and timely delivery of all BIM/MEP documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 3**+ years of relevant MEP project experience** in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing.
• Hands-on experience with site execution and coordination.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MEP software, and project management tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.
