Design Consultant – Kajaria Galaxy

This role is the centrepiece of the corporate-grade sales team we're building for it.

You will own the client experience at Kajaria Galaxy — from first walk-in to closed deal. This is not an order-taking role. You will consult, design, negotiate, and close deals with your own pricing authority, without escalating to management.

What you will do:
Handle walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers end-to-end
• Recommend tile and surface combinations room by room across Kajaria and Nexion ranges
• Use visualization tools and sample boards
• Quote, negotiate, and close independently within a defined pricing framework
• Own a monthly sales target of ₹30 lakhs (3-month ramp-up)
• Build repeat relationships with architects and project clients across Tumkur and surrounding districts.

Requirements

2–4 years in design-led sales (Livspace, HomeLane, DesignCafe, or branded tile/sanitaryware showrooms — Kajaria, Somany, Orientbell, Nexion or similar) • Proven experience carrying a monthly sales target — you should be able to walk us through deals you personally closed • Comfortable discussing layouts and design choices with clients and architects • Fluent Kannada and English; Hindi a plus • Based in or willing to relocate to Tumkur (an hour from Bengaluru) • Interior design/architecture qualification is a plus, not mandatory — closing ability matters more.
