c) Contract Labour Hiring, Onboarding & Compliance Readiness

  • Own sourcing, selection, joining formalities, legal and medical checks, and uniform/PPE availability for CL.

e) Factory People Processes, Culture & HR Operations

  • Execute performance cycles: goal setting, mid-year check-ins, People Day / PDP closure.

  • Manage probation confirmations and PIP actions.

  • Drive capability building and mandatory training targets.

  • Own engagement actions, employee listening, and grievance resolution.

  • Ensure HRIS / position data hygiene and timely system actions for hiring, transfers, and exits through NBS interfaces.

Experience & Background Required

  • 2 years of relevant HR / HRBP / IR / CL management experience, preferably in a manufacturing / factory environment.
