Career Placement Manager

NetCom Learning is seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Career Placement Manager to lead the job placement efforts for graduates of our Entry-Level Technology Programs. This role focuses on building strong employer partnerships across the United States and aligning training outcomes with current market demands to ensure our learners secure meaningful employment. The ideal candidate is a connector, strategist, and advocate for learner success.

Key Responsibilities:Forge and nurture partnerships with U.S.-based employers, HR leaders, and recruiters to unlock job opportunities for graduates.Develop and maintain a robust employer database spanning key industries and job functions nationwide.Match open roles, internships, and pathways with graduate profiles, considering skills, interests, and location preferences.Lead initiatives such as virtual job fairs, hiring events, and employer Q&A sessions to enhance learner-employer interaction.Partner with training teams to align curriculum and certifications with real-world hiring needs and evolving industry trends.Track placement progress and outcomes using CRM and placement tracking systems, generating actionable reports and insights.Act as the primary liaison between candidates and employers to streamline the placement pipeline and ensure strong follow-through.Stay informed on national hiring patterns, in-demand technologies, and workforce development trends.Advise learners on career-readiness best practices, including resume prep, interview support, and onboarding.Ensure adherence to work eligibility and employer-specific compliance requirements where applicable.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in placement, recruitment, or career services, ideally working with U.S.-based companies.
