Product Analyst-

Role Overview:The Product Analyst oversees the training catalog end-to-end: maintains CMS data, coordinates pricing and schedules with vendors, drives SEO and discovery, analyzes enrollments, manages lifecycle from launch to retirement, conducts competitor research, aligns cross-functional teams, attends enablement sessions, and delivers internal product training to achieve growth!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate course, product, and certification data within the CMS, including details such as books, labs, and related resources.
• Collaborate with product managers to strengthen relationships and explore partnership opportunities.
• Oversee full course lifecycle management—from launch to retirement.
• Develop SEO-friendly meta descriptions and support the discovery of courses.
• Maintain and update the Master Course List and Pricing Sheet in coordination with Vendor Managers.
• Customize & create learning roadmap.
• Align course schedules with strategic objectives and ensure timely publication on NetCom and vendor platforms.
• Analyze enrollment data and generate reports to support revenue and learner growth targets.
• Conduct competitor research to identify gaps and recommend enhancements to course offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams—Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Instructors—to ensure cross-functional alignment and leverage expertise for strategic initiatives.
• Attend vendor enablement sessions and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Conducting product training for internal teams.

• 1-3 years of experience in the relevant industry/Edtech Industry
• Good understanding of AI tools and applications
• Proficiency with CMS tools, Excel, power BI and reporting platforms
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering
