- To work out,monitor and control the Project Cost
- To draw the PlantLay-out and monitor activities as per the same
- To apply andobtain all Statutory Clearances
- To carry out theplanning & scheduling by Bar Charts
- To monitor andcontrol complete Project Management process
- To procure, erectand commission equipments, machineries and auxiliaries
- To hand-over toProduction & Monitor the Performance
After the complete set up of pant, the person willtake over as the Production Head
- To drive P, Q, C, D, S, Mtargets for the plant (Production, Quality, Cost,Delivery, Safety, Morale)
- To build aculture of "Daily Management"
- To build a Qualityfocus Team
- To hire anddevelop required workforce to carry out production activities
- To reviewmanpower allocation of all sections
- To review allactivities of Operations, Production Planning and monitor consumption ofmaterials, process, fuel & power
- To drive TPM process
- To co-ordinatewith marketing function in order acceptance based on the productspecifications, the alloy compounding, the costs & the delivery timelines
- To interact with teammembers, QA & Materials so as to ensure release of materials as perdispatch plan
- To interact withTechnical Dept for product development
- To interact withmarketing for customer order
- To reviewavailability of various moulds & patterns
- To generatemonthly plan i.e. PRN plan based on customer open order status, published bymarketing department
- To ensure the complianceto all various standards as ISO 9001, ISO 14000 & OSHAS 18000
