Windows Engineer

Required Qualifications

• Professional and concise communication, both verbal and written
• Windows Server administration, configuration, and management
• PowerShell knowledge for modifying and updating scripts
• Windows Cluster management
• Ability to do Root Cause Analysis on Windows Servers
• Windows NT Share configuration and modification
• Active Directory modifications
• Ability to be proactive and speak up when you see an issue
• Monitor Ticket, Chat, and Email queue to acknowledge cases within SLA requirements
• Attention to detail
• Basic networking knowledge

Pluses, But Not Required

• Experience working on an international team
• Exchange support and management
• Avamar working knowledge
• VMware experience
• WinSCP knowledge for FTP
• DataDog and SNMP tools
• Splunk usage to pull relevant events
