About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our GenAI projects team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our project execution—ensuring tasks are well-coordinated, timelines are met, and cross-functional teams work seamlessly together. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage priorities, and anticipate challenges will directly contribute to the success of our cutting-edge AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and milestones for GenAI initiatives.
• Coordinate daily project activities to align with defined objectives.
• Track progress, flag potential risks, and recommend solutions to keep projects on track.

2. Scrum & Agile Support

• Apply Scrum principles to enhance project agility and efficiency.
• Work with Scrum Masters and development teams to run Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure smooth sprint execution through effective coordination and follow-up.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a bridge between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Organize and lead project meetings with clear agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Maintain open communication channels to foster transparency and collaboration.

4. Task & Resource Management

• Maintain and update task lists, assignments, and priorities.
• Monitor task progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with team leads to allocate resources effectively.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Keep project documentation up to date, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Prepare concise and insightful project status updates for stakeholders and management.

6. Risk Identification & Mitigation

• Spot potential risks early and work with the team to implement mitigation strategies.
• Address issues proactively to prevent delays or quality impacts.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in AI or technology projects.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• PMP certification (a plus).
• Experience in Scrum methodology and sprint coordination.
