Professional Background

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, Business Operations, or Consulting.
• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
• Experience with German or European companies is a plus.

Skills

• German language skills (minimum B2, preferably C1).
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
