Analyst Accounting

Duties and Responsibilities 

1. Responsible for handling AR/AP/GL processing on a day-to-day basis
2. Perform Bank Reconciliation & Vendor Reconciliation
3. Analyze Tenant/Vendor ledgers
4. Verify and process Invoices/Checks
5. Capture information accurately on client systems

Skill Set / Competencies Required 

1. Basic Accounting Skills
2. Excel Skills - Intermediate
3. Good in communication
4. Eye for detail
5. Good Typing skills
6. Knowledge in Yardi/MRI/JDE would be added advantage
7. End to End US accounting on US GAAP principles is mandatory.

Education and Work Experience 

1. Graduates / Postgraduates in Finance & Accounting
2. Experience in end to end US accounting on US GAAP principles is mandatory
3. 1 – 6 years of experience in US Accounting & General Ledger
4. Experience in Real Estate / Accounting would be ideal.
