Description
This role involves supporting the development, integration, and testing of UAV systems under the guidance of senior engineers. A collaborative environment with access to cutting-edge tools, simulators, and hardware platforms. The role requires strong proficiency in low-level flight firmware (ArduPilot and/or PX4), embedded systems, and high-performance onboard autonomy, along with a proven ability to lead sensor fusion, state estimation, navigation, and control systems. Standard working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Field-testing activities may require early-morning or extended hours, depending on mission requirements. Eligibility Criteria
The Engineer I position is designed for recent graduates with foundational knowledge in robotics or control systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Candidates must demonstrate academic or project-level experience with drones or robotics, as well as a strong willingness to learn advanced autonomy and flight systems. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science. 0–1 year of industry experience (internships, academic projects, or UAV competitions preferred). Exposure to UAVs, drones, or robotics, demonstrated through projects, competitions, or research work. Basic understanding of control systems, state estimation, or kinematics. Familiarity with PX4/ArduPilot, MAVLink, or drone flight controllers (Pixhawk or similar). Programming knowledge in Python and/or C++. Experience working in Linux OS.
