Engineer II - Avionics

We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT's product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform.Development of Avionics Architecture for UAV, including design, verification and validation. COTS component selection, functional and performance verification, AND system integration. Avionics component hardware and software design, verification and validation. Generate test plans, test cases and ensure unit testing for robustness, reliability and repeatability. Debugging issues and resolution. Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure system resilience in flight-critical environments. Utilize configuration management and version control tools to maintain design integrity across hardware and software iterations. Support field and flight test campaigns. Collaborative work with system, sub-systems and flight ops team. Technical documentation.

Bachelor's Degree (Aerospace/Aeronautics, Mechanical, Electronics) in Engineering. Advanced degree preferred.
