Engineer II - Communications

NRT's fastest growing Aerospace & Defence R&D company is seeking a Communication Systems Developer to architect, design, and develop advanced communication technologies for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Responsibilities include developing link budgets, RF propagation models, and evaluating channel behavior. The role involves designing and implementing high-reliability RF and wireless links, building proof-of-concepts, integrating subsystems, and integrating communication systems with autopilots (Pixhawk, Cube, ArduPilot, PX4) and onboard computers (Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson). The candidate will also manage operations through range tests, bench-level RF testing, and flight testing campaigns, and manage lifecycle issues for communication hardware, software, and associated resources. Strong documentation and collaboration skills are essential.

Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (or equivalent). 1-2 years of relevant experience.
