Engineer III - OTE

We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT's product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

Roles and Responsibilities: Based on the test requirement, prepare a Flight Test plan, test procedures, Flight Test cards and Flight Readiness Review documents as per industrial standards Evaluate aircraft Flight Worthiness/Readiness: Work in the recommended manufacturing/flight control areas to prepare a flight ready aircraft Prepare pre-flight checklists based on test requirements ensure mission readiness and flight safety Being a flight crew member, get involved in any activities (technical/non-technical) necessary to make a test aircraft airborne. Closely work with all the Flight Test crew members to identify, track and report anyFlight Test event happening on ground or in air and prepare a debrief report Work on instrumentation, sensors, data gathering processes and methodologies
