Description

We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT's product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Development of embedded software for applications such as data recorders, on-board computers, flight controllers, battery management systems, power electronic control systems etc. • Responsible for driving the end-to-end avionics software development activities: from requirements to flight testing. • Define software architecture, development plans & process (bare-metal, RTOS, or Model-based), high-level design, coding guidelines & compliance. • Review unit, integration, and regression test plans, coordinate test execution & report generation. • Conduct software level FMEAs & Code reviews to ensure clean, scalable, high-quality software that meets MISRA-C/DO-178 guidelines. • Cross functional interface with systems, electrical power systems, flight controls, hardware teams to ensure smooth integration of software & hardware onto the flight. • Guide & mentor the team to execute their deliverables. • Establish processes for software certification in the company. Interface with the certification agency. • Establish scope and framework for standardization of integration processes and common tools identification. Prepare associated documentation for company records.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelors/Masters with at least one degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering. 5+ years of Software Development experience.
