Sr. Engineer I - DevOps

Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases for multiple software projects using languages such as Python, C++, and JavaScript. Define and implement test strategies aligned with project requirements and delivery timelines. Participate in peer reviews of solution designs, test plans, and source code. Contribute to defining and enforcing programming standards and best practices. Set up, maintain, and optimize CI pipelines for multiple projects. Perform performance analysis and troubleshoot issues in large-scale distributed systems. Monitor product development and usage with a focus on improving overall product quality. Improve system stability, security, efficiency, and scalability. Collaborate across teams to identify risks early and prevent regressions.

Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of CI/CD workflows and tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, etc. Proficiency with version control systems such as Git. Experience with code repository management, merge strategies, and code quality checks. Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker. Solid understanding of QA methodologies, software testing life cycle, and processes. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to understand complex system architectures and collaborate with multiple teams.
