UAV Pilot I

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level UAV Pilot to join our flight operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing UAV missions, conducting pre-flight and post-flight checks, and ensuring safe and compliant drone operations. This role is suited for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience operating UAVs in mission-critical environments, and who demonstrate integrity, situational awareness, and a strong sense of operational responsibility. This role involves UAV engineering feedback, flight testing, flight operations for various missions, safety & compliance adherence, equipment handling, coordination & communication with various teams, and operating UAVs equipped with certified explosive payloads post training. Working conditions include field operations in diverse environments, exposure to varying weather conditions, flexible working hours aligned with mission demands, adherence to defence safety protocols, and potential travel for mission fulfillment.

Basic knowledge of UAV systems, aviation safety, or remote aircraft operations. Ability to understand and follow SOPs, checklists, and technical guidelines. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to travel to field locations for missions.
