The Business Development Manager at NEXIS School will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with schools and educational consultants, conducting presentations and workshops, and leading marketing efforts to promote NEXIS School.
The role requires excellent communication, marketing skills, and a passion for education. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving NEXIS School's outreach and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with schools and educational consultants.
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, counselors, and teachers.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
Presentations and Workshops:
- Deliver presentations to students, parents, and school staff on NEXIS School's programs and benefits.
- Conduct interactive workshops to engage students with NEXIS's hands-on approach.
Marketing Events:
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as school competitions and informational sessions.
- Represent NEXIS School at external events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain communication with partner schools, gather feedback, and continuously improve outreach efforts.
- Work closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless communication and alignment of efforts.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on school partnerships, presentations, and marketing event outcomes.
- Analyze outreach data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular updates for senior management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree (required).
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a business development, marketing, or education-related role (required).
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
