UI/UX Designer Internship

Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Intern who is passionate about crafting engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. You will collaborate with product and engineering to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces and iterate based on user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct basic user research, usability checks, and implement feedback to improve designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth handoffs.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Maintain and extend design systems and component libraries.

Tools and Skills

• Prototyping, user flows, and user journey mapping.

• Figma (mandatory) for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Experience with at least one of: Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva, or InVision.

• Understanding of color theory, typography, grids, and design systems.
• Basic knowledge of responsive design and core UX principles.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Clear communication and comfort working in a collaborative environment.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Portfolio of personal or academic design projects demonstrating end-to-end process.
• Ability to work in a team and receive feedback constructively.

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months.
• Stipend
• Location: Remote or Onsite (as per preference).
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
• Completion Reward: Experience letter issued only upon successful completion.
• Future Opportunity: High-performing interns may receive a full-time offer.

• Step 3: Create 3–5 pages/screens based on the brief and submit within duration requested.
• Step 4: Submissions will be reviewed for design quality, UX thinking, and attention to detail.
• Step 5: Shortlisted candidates proceed to a focused interview, reducing unnecessary interview time.

Important Note

• Interns who leave before completing the 6-month internship will not receive an experience letter.
