Job Summary:

R. Harlalka & Co. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Stock Auditor to lead stock audit assignments, ensure inventory accuracy, and manage audit teams across multiple client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct physical stock audits at client locations

• Supervise and guide junior auditors and audit teams

• Verify and reconcile inventory records with physical stock

• Identify, investigate, and report stock discrepancies and risks

• Prepare and review detailed audit reports and documentation

• Ensure compliance with audit standards and company policies

• Coordinate with clients, warehouse teams, and management

• Improve inventory control processes and audit efficiency

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of stock audit and inventory management

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Leadership and team management ability

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle multiple assignments and travel

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter

Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in stock audit, inventory audit, or accounts

• Prior experience in leading audit teams preferred
