Job Description:

The Logistics Analyst position will be based in Hyderabad, India. In this position, you will report to the Director, Logistics Operations - APAC & MEAI. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily logistics operations for Middle East/Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing transportation, ensuring compliance with Saudi customs and regulatory requirements, and supporting warehouse and inventory operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.  Watch "Culture is our Passion" to learn more about us.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

  • Strong understanding of international logistics, including Incoterms and shipping practices
  • Manage end-to-end shipment execution including import/export, domestic movements, and tracking
  • Prepare and validate shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading
  • Ensure compliance with regional customs regulations and international trade requirements
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers
  • Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates on status, risks, and delays
  • Identify and resolve clearance issues, delivery delays, and documentation discrepancies
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for smooth execution
  • Manage local and cross-border logistics operations across Middle East countries
  • Plan and oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.

Here is some of what you will need (required):

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • (3-5) years of logistics experience, preferably in Middle East & Africa operations
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and clearance processes across the region
  • Familiarity with customs portals and trade compliance systems
  • Experience working with seaports, airports, and bonded warehouses
  • Experience in Solar, industrial, manufacturing, or project logistics preferred
  • Prior experience managing logistics operations in Middle East/ African markets is an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables, charts).
