Responsibilities:

• Be the idea person in the team for user acquisition. We let you run wild and free.
• Work with Founders and Business team to quickly launch features that help in user growth.
• Every member of our team is involved from ideation to implementation
• Iterative and quantitative product development
• Build high-quality UI
• Although we do iterative development, we also keep a high bar for UI polish because our users are designers and the details matter
• Build foundational Growth infrastructure for running experiments, tracking user behavior and engaging users
• Provide thoughtful feedback to others on the team
• Impact our users everyday by shipping features multiple times a day.
• Work with other talented and friendly infrastructure engineers to build the foundation for Life Sciences data advancements over the next decade.

Requirements:

• You are an expert-level engineer with React.
• 2-8 years of professional experience in a Frontend engineer or Growth oriented roles.
• SEO expertise
• A passion for AI.
• The ability to work proactively and collaboratively with the various people and teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Work with a globally distributed team of Engineers.
