Description
- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with educational institutions, universities, and training organizations to expand program outreach.
- Achieve quarterly targets related to institutional tie-ups, collaborations, and lead generation.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing partner institutions to ensure smooth implementation and long-term engagement.
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end process of signing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with partner institutions.
- Identify and implement innovative ideas and strategies to enhance project outcomes, institutional engagement, and program success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Social Work, Education, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in institutional partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, or program coordination.
- Prior experience working with educational institutions, universities, skill Sector or CSR initiatives will be highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in building strategic collaborations, managing institutional partnerships, and facilitating the signing of MOUs.
- Familiarity with skill development, employability, digital education, or capacity-building programs will be an added advantage.
- Ability to engage effectively with government departments, academic leadership, and other key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and documentation for partnership proposals, reports, and institutional communications.
- Adaptable, proactive, and innovative mindset, with willingness to travel for institutional engagement and partnership development.
